JLR Autocare provides precision four-wheel laser alignment at our Hitchin workshop, adjusting toe, camber, and caster to your vehicle's exact manufacturer specifications. Whether you've hit a pothole, had suspension work, or just want to extend your tyre life, a professional alignment is one of the best investments you can make.

We use advanced laser alignment equipment that measures all four wheels simultaneously, comparing your vehicle's current alignment to the manufacturer's specifications. We adjust toe, camber, and caster (where adjustable) to bring everything within spec, then provide you with a printed before-and-after report.

Wheel alignment should be checked at least annually, or whenever you notice symptoms such as the vehicle pulling to one side, uneven tyre wear, or the steering wheel not sitting straight. It should also be checked after any suspension work, spring replacement, or if you've hit a significant pothole.

For performance and enthusiast vehicles, we can also set up alignment to track-day or performance specifications if requested. Custom setups with increased negative camber and adjusted toe can significantly improve cornering performance.

Correct alignment extends tyre life by ensuring even wear across the full tread width. Tyres on a badly misaligned vehicle can wear out in half the normal time — costing you hundreds of pounds in premature replacements.
